Hey you!

After my last page who was on falls and fails ( http://bit.ly/gKJI19 ) 

I decided to make a page on helmets

As in most of my pages i will say again: wear a helmet it could saev your life....

So there's 3 kinds of helmets that i know untill now(if you know more post a comment)

1. half face helmet (there's 2 types) so here is number one:

Protect on half of your head, dosent so hot...
It's the most basic helmet for riders but - it better than nothing.you can find this helmet in a lot of stores that i gived you here: http://bit.ly/dYmTKb.

2. half face helmet the second kind:

Protect on half of your head also, it's little bit hotter than the first helmet.
In most of the time it used to be a BMX or SkateBoard helmet.
The helmet you can find in bicycle stores, with not a high but a normal price.

3. Fullface helmet:

Protect on your whole head, but it's verry verry hot.
In most of the times it used for pro's with compatible price.
this helmet you can find in small range of bicycle stores.
this is my brother's helmet wich ride like a crazy man.

Hey!

I'm happy to see ya after such a long time :D.

Part of the riding is to have fun and enjoy but, there's another part wich is to fall.

To prevent injury it's important to wear a helmet and if you have body shield - wear it.

Here's some guys who record their Unpleasant moments and shared them.

1. it's a very dangerous, but look good and you can see that he wear a helmet - respect
Remember that  the helmet could save you life!!

2. take a look at that guy - not a helmet and not a body shield and what happen? - broken wrist

3. take a look at his head with helmet that would not happen.....

so remember to wear a helmet and do not do things that you cant!!!

Tricks Guide - How To Wheelie Drop

Wheelie Drop

Wheelie drop is a Mtb Or Bmx trick

Most of the times The trick is for showing your style.

The trick is like Droping but a little bit diffrent.

In Wheelie drop we have few steps:

1.When you are in front of a step(or drop) you start reducing your speed (almost stand)

2.Then you pull the front wheel up like in Wheelie 

3.When you are with your front wheel in the air you have to continue pedalling untill you cross the step (you cross the step on one wheel)

4. Then slowly and safely bring the front wheel to the ground and keep riding.

Now you can to continue riding!

Tricks Guide - How To sucess a Drop

Drop
Drop  is a part of a single track,

Drop it's like a step that you have to cross in order to continue the ran sucssefuly(keep riding)

It could be scary a bit at start but by the end you could do it verry fast and easy
The drop could be in the start in the midlle or in the end of the track
and it looks like this:

To sucess the drop we have 3 steps.
1. When the drop is in front of you you have to start leaning back like in manual.
2.Then while your front wheel is in the air you have to continue leaning back and push a little bit up
(not to much high)
*** Remember - you have to be in speed when you go to the drop if not you will fall like this guy

3. Land safley and keep riding the track (and dont foget to record the moment)

Hey!

Today i saw a video and it gave me the idea to write about these beautifull places to ride.

I think it's very fun and beautiful to ride there,

but it look's very remote from big cities.
